I fear that it is too late - you have already destroyed your own site! Now you just have a bunch of very annoyed users, and it would seem, very few people willing to invest in the site.

I would volunteer myself but my german just isn't!

Right now, the technical problems need fixing urgently and the user's problems addressed so as to clean up this forum, so that the site at least appears to be working! Because honestly, I have little confidence that this site will survive another week or two.

You can fear whatever you like to fear for.
So far - we don't have any problem about this.
We have the highest turnover this month since the project is started.

We are the only page in this business with an open forum.
We can't give support to more than 800 000 users asking the same questions again and again every hour.
Everything is running properly and we have the FAQs for this problems.
Especially YOU should know this. (8 successful cashouts)
So giving support to the users is just a bonus and also this forum is just a bonus and not needed for this project.
So far we provide good support for the paying customers - and these customers are the people who keep this thing running.

We also don't need negative people here in the forum.
If you have to write only negative things - just keep away.

So we are looking for positive thinking people and we already got more than 10 applications.

We will decide the next days.

If only you had posted something like this a couple of weeks ago - and without my provocation - you may be doing even better business wise.

I DO know a lot after 8 successful cashouts (and now 9, thank you very much!) but sometimes people need a kick for their own good. Forgive me for my negativity, but it has achieved the desired result.

I wish whoever takes over this forum the best of luck, and may he/she be highly visible and regular.

That's because we have a lot of german speaking customers. Our Team is looking for some people that maybe get access to the ticket system and order management in the near future, too.
So it's somehow necessary to understand, speak and write proper german.
And you know - the automatic translators sometimes do crazy things.
